Running after a hard bike segment is a triathlete's specialty and something we can help you to look forward to. While Colorado Multisport currently does not carry running shoes, we know that crossing the finish line requires more than a pair of shoes. We offer a multitude of tools to enhance your run, including accessories, nutrition, and support.
We have many running accessories to help you with your transitions via elastic laces to massagers so your muscles are prepared for the stress of training your first brick (bike followed by a run) workout. Triathlon is unique, and your run off the bike may be affected by your bike fit. Let us help you be more efficient when you transfer from the bike to the run with one of our professional bike fit services.
It is easy to eat for your long bike rides, but what do you need to eat while you run? How do you carry items for those long runs? We can help get you started on the right foot. Pun intended. Check out our sweat composition testing to learn more about why you may cramp at the end of a long run or after a bike ride.
From self massage tools to Normatec recovery boots, and even recovery nutrition, we can help get you ready for the next days workouts. We work with each athlete to understand what recovery means for them and what products may, or may not, help in the recovery process.
In the summer months, we offer a FREE weekly fun run directly after the BAM (Boulder Aquatic Masters) Thursday morning Boulder Reservoir open water swim. The fun run is open to all abilities and is an easy workout with friends and like minded triathletes. Enjoy hanging out with us and meet new people with similar interests. Check out the BAM website to learn more about their weekly open water swims.

“While I've been an avid runner for years, I am relatively new to the triathlon world. To date, I have done eight races, including two half iron distance and another half iron planned for later this year. I attribute much of my enjoyment and success in the sport to the support and guidance I have received from the Colorado Multisport team.”
