Shipping & Returns
We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund.
All refunds and returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Items must be in resalable condition and in original packaging. Some exclusions including, but not limited to saddles, swim items, nutrition, shoes, and bikes (see below). All refunds over 30 days will receive store credit. All store credit refunds must be made within 90 days of original purchase. Store credit refunds over 30 days are subject to approval by store manager.
Bicycles: Special order and webstore sales are final. In-stock bicycles are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Bicycles must be in "like new" condition, and are subject to approval, and potential restocking fee.
Swim Equipment (wetsuits, goggles, swimwear, swim gear, etc.): All unused swim products are eligible for return or exchange up to 30 days after purchase. Any unused swim product between 30 and 90 days of purchase is only eligible for store credit. Any product over 90 days from purchase is not eligible for return. Used swim products will ONLY be eligible for store credit within 30 days of purchase. All used swim product over 30 days is NOT eligible for return or exchange.
Sale Items: Sale items within 30 days of purchase are ONLY eligible for store credit. Any items over 30 days are NOT eligible for return.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 2480 Canyon Blvd, Suite M-2 Boulder Colorado United States 80302.
Our products are shipped within 24 hours using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, and UPS . To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2480 Canyon Blvd, Suite M-2, Boulder Colorado United States 80302. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Free In-Store Pickup
Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away, we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee may be charged.
